1 General Terms & Conditions

Jt9 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the Platform") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. This Terms and Conditions constitutes a legally binding agreement between jt9 and its users (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "the player").

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to open an account and access gaming services on jt9:

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.
• Single Account: Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Accurate Information: All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Accounts created with false information will be suspended.
• Identity Verification (KYC): A national ID or passport may be required before withdrawals or for transactions above a specified limit.
• Account Transfer Prohibited: Your jt9 account may not be sold, transferred, or rented to any third party.

3 Deposit Policy

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from jt9:

• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Max Withdrawal: Daily maximum: BDT 50,000; weekly limit: BDT 200,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal requests of more than BDT 10,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings derived from a bonus.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions

• Welcome Bonus: A bonus is available to new players on their first deposit. The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per person.

6 Gaming & Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on jt9:

• Betting Limits: Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each game and sports event.
• RNG Integrity: The outcome of all virtual games is determined by an internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Technical Error: jt9 reserves the right to void any payout declared as a result of a system or software error.
• Disconnection: If your internet connection drops during play, the last confirmed result will be considered final.
• Live Betting: Odds during live events may change at any time; odds already accepted on a placed bet will not be affected.
• Bet Cancellation: If an event is postponed or cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jt9 platform and will result in immediate account closure upon detection:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's information.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus hunting.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to play games or place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Unauthorized access or attempts to access any system, software, or database on the platform.
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches or bugs for personal gain.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Jt9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If these Terms & Conditions are violated.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If identified as a minor.
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.

Players may also request account closure at any time. Any balance legitimately earned prior to closure will be returned; however, bonus balances will be forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

Jt9's total liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the total deposits you have made in the preceding 30 days.
